There will always be changes and additions during the course of a renovation. It is common to notice something that you had not thought of once your job has started, and we understand the importance of being flexible. If you change your mind on what you want done, please let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate your changes and advise as to how the change will affect your final invoice. Approval of all parties involved is necessary before work commences on any changes.

When the work has been completed a formal review of will be done by the project manager. We want you to be satisfied that everything was completed as planned and that any changes or additions were executed to your specifications.
